• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date will not be eligible for a refund.
• In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
• We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, and will offer a full refund or alternative tour date.

• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides.
• Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we deem unfit for the tour.

5. Liability

• Townsville Adventure Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by participants during the tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
